 National Laboratory (US))\n\nThe goal of the review is:\n\n\nCheck that th
 e tasks are ready for data taking (all aspects included\, see list below)
  in the allocated test beam slot. In particular\, the groups should 
 show that  \n\n\n\nall hardware components are (or will be) in hand in d
 ue time\,  \n\n\nthat potential assembly steps and the functionality of t
 he system have been at least tested and proven operational in laboratory
  or from previous beam tests\,  \n\n\nthat a trigger/DAQ system exists 
 and has been tested in the lab or in previous beam tests \n\n\n\nso th
 at the available beam time can be optimally exploited \n\n\nHelp iden
 tify possible critical issues and possible mitigations\, also by explo
 iting synergies with other tasks \n\n\n \nReview Procedure  \n\n\nA rev
 iew committee of 2-3 persons have been identified \n\n\nDue to the shor
 t timeline and to ease participation\, the reviews will be held on Zoom \
 n\n\nPresentations by the task contacts or delegates should address a
 ll the following aspects: \n\n\n\nDescription of the proposed calorimeter
  \n\n\nAim of the test (physics measurement) \n\n\nConnection to the mil
 estones/deliverables (what is the impact on the M/D in case of no/unsucce
 ssful TB?) \n\n\nEstimated beam time to complete the physics programs \
 n\n\nReadiness of the HW (calo + RO elx) \n\n\nReadiness of the DAQ and 
 online monitoring (sw) \n\n\nWhich DRDCalo software tools are being use
 d? \n\n\nAvailable person-power \n\n\nRisk analysis and possible mitiga
 tions \n\n\n\n \nAfter the review\, the groups will receive a summary 
 of the discussion\, with an indication of aspects which are felt proble
 matic and a list of action items as needed\, hopefully within a week. \
 n \nA follow-up on critical issues will be done by the technical board. 
   \nIn case a group cannot fulfil the preparation for the data-taking\, t
 hey are required to inform the Technical Board in due time\, such that oth
 er groups in the DRDCalo may take advantage of the slot\, before resigning
