This system replaces Egroups

It is an in-house developed system for Authorization 

The frontend is at https://gms.web.cern.ch/ and the groups will be pushed from GMS into the Mailing List system and Active Directory (only for CERN accounts). We are in the process of fully migrating from Egroups.

We added a custom SPI to Single Sign On (Keycloak) to query GMS groups during the Authentication flow
