To facilitate travel between Heathrow Airport, the designated hotels, Royal Holloway, and the social event venue in Windsor (for HLCB dinner guests), dedicated shuttle services will operate throughout the meeting.
Please read the following guidelines carefully and ensure that you use the shuttle service corresponding to your arrival, accommodation, and departure arrangements.
General Instructions
- Shuttle buses will depart promptly at the indicated times.
- Please arrive at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before departure.
- If your travel plans change, please inform the HL-LHC Secretariat as soon as possible. Tel. +41 75 411 4162.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that they board the correct shuttle.
- HL-LHC Project Office staff will assist participants at the main pick-up locations whenever possible.

Early Morning Hotel Shuttle to Royal Holloway

Heathrow Terminal 2 Shuttle
For participants arriving on Swiss Air flight LX352 (scheduled arrival at Heathrow Terminal 2 at 08:15):
After collecting your luggage (if any) and exiting into the Arrivals Hall, please meet with the other participants.
Look for your Project Office representative, Hector Garcia Gavela. Hector will coordinate with the airport marshal, who will then contact the Apple Travel driver.
The airport marshal will direct you to the appropriate bus stop, where you can board your Apple Travel shuttle.

For participants arriving on British Airways Flight BA743 (scheduled arrival at Heathrow Terminal 5 at 11:00):
After collecting your luggage (if any) and exiting into the Arrivals Hall, please meet with the other participants.
Look for your Project Office representative, Samer Yammine. Samer will coordinate with the airport marshal, who will then contact the Apple Travel driver.
The airport marshal will direct you to the appropriate bus stop, where you can board your Apple Travel shuttle.
