      Action Item – Nico P.

      • Assess the feasibility of integrating the ESC and quench heaters within the coil pack while maintaining a thickness of 1.25 mm.
      • The proposed solution should be incorporated into the first assembly.

      BOND First Copper Coil Winding

      Current Status

      • The winding process is progressing well.
      • Currently winding the bottom layer.

      Modifications Implemented

      • Additional clamp added at the layer jump.
      • Correction made to the plexiglass component.

      Important Note

      • It is essential to position the winding spools correctly prior to winding operations.

      Action Items

      • Prepare the drawing for the spacer.
      • Prepare the drawing for the shim with slits for the reaction mould.
      • Argon circuit: Nicholas has ordered the missing components for Option 2.
      • The reaction mould endplate has been sent for coating and is expected to be returned by the end of the month.
      • Electrical testing requirements need to be discussed with François-Olivier; Juan will follow up with him.
      • Drawings for the tinning tools have been completed and will be sent for manufacturing.
      • Tooling drawings for the leak test have been received.

      Instrumentation for Dummy Coils

      • Awaiting delivery of the transparent film before proceeding.

      Outstanding Items for Machining

      • Lifting tool: drawings are expected to be completed this week.
      • Several components require modifications before machining can proceed.
      • Tooling for magnet assembly is still missing. Manufacturing activities will be launched as soon as the corresponding drawings are available.

      Materials and Logistics

      • Raw materials are scheduled to be shipped to Brazil this week for fabrication.
