Major work for ; major changes in workplan

1. Cerified a new site SDU-LCG2 in EUChina VO and in Dteam VO. The site shows "OK" status in EUChina SAM monitoring.
   The following errors were fixed during the certification.
   - EUChina voms server host certificates were missing
   - The site info was missing in the top BDII (lcg007.ihep.ac.cn) in IHEP since the top BDII in IHEP did not upgrade. 
     This caused CE test failure. Because the BDII_HOST in the site point to lcg007.ihep.ac.cn 
   - Fixed sync data problem between SAM and Euchina top BDII so that the site appeared in SAM monitoring.
   - The site published wrongly because of wrong longitude and latitude configuration.
   - in EUChina SAM client, GFAL was re-pointed to euchina top BDII(euchina-bdii-1.cern.ch:2170)

2. Support the new site SDU-LCG2
   - Guided the new site to register at the EUChianGrid ticket system
   - Guided them how to deal with tickets
   - Asked an admin of ticket system add the new site into ticket system in order to send ticket to the new site

3. EUChianGrid Grid operation
   - infrastructure support activity 
   - submit tickets   
   - process tickets

4. Infrastructure trubelshooting:investicate & solve EUChina sites problem
   CA update in CYFRONET-LCG2, BEIJING-CNIC, INFN-CATANIA, GR-01-AUTH
   CE problem in CYFRONET-IA64, BEIJING-CNIC, BEIJING_IHEP
   SE problem in CYFRONET-LCG2

5. Fixed CVS check out configuraiton error in EUChina SAM client for dteam VO.

6. Participated a Grid workshop in IHEP

1. VOMRS maintenance & troubleshooting in LCG production server

2. VOMRS user support, Process user's requests, problems & tickets

3. Update CERN_ROC SAM client(sam-sensor-1.2.4, sam-sensor-1.30-1) on lxb2086

4. Tested new version CA 1.16-1 following GGUS #25588

5. Fixed a WMSLB configuration error for CERN_ROC glite-WMS server according to savannan bug #20667

6. manange and mataince the SAM submission chain for CERN ROC

7. Setup new SAM submission for PPS uncertified sites of all regions for dteam vo.

8. PPS top level BDII maintance & weekly PPS_upgrade to certify the version software 

9. Installed tomcat5.5 with SLC4. But it failed when starting tomcat5.5. The reason is being inverstigating.

10. Participated in EMT meeting to discuss about new version VOMS/VOMRS test status.
