  an efficient strategy to search for new physics\, but the large number of
  possible models together with a lack of guidance can hinder their efficie
 ncy. In this talk\, I will review some ideas to overcome this problem: cal
 culations in general EFTs that encompass any particular theory\, UV-IR dic
 tionaries to readily translate between models and data\, and the use of di
