DESCRIPTION:Dear Summer Students\,\nThe departures will sadly start for so
 me of you at the end of July and will continue until the end of September.
  With this message we would like to inform you about the termination forma
 lities.\nOn your last Monday you will receive an email with a termination
  letter attached from the Head of the HR Department in which you will be i
 nformed officially of your departure date. You will have to create an EDH 
 termination document by clicking on the link that will be mentioned in the
  letter. You will have to return all the borrowed articles that are CERNs 
 property (access card\, bikes\, books\, dosimeter…) and ask the respecti
 ve service to mark the return on your departure form in EDH. If you plan t
 o stay the weekend after your contract has ended at CERN\, you can request
  a visitor pass here. Please note that you cannot keep your access card\, 
 you can keep your debit card though as a souvenir.\nIn addition to the ter
 mination letter\, you will be asked to:\n1.       fill out our surve
 y on the summer student programme (below) a great chance for you to give
  us your feedback and suggestions which we will take into consideration\n2
 .       upload your work project report to CDS following the below m
 entioned instructions. Please ask your supervisor to have a look at the re
 port as it should not contain any confidential information: Project | summ
 erstudent.web.cern.ch\n3.       fill out any further survey of the l
 ectures and workshops that you attended if not yet done\n4.       pa
 y your remaining hotel bill\n5.       if you would like to recommend
  the programme\, we would be happy if you could rate your experience via G
 lassdoor or Kununu (for German speaking students) and share what you feel 
 makes working at CERN so interesting and exciting\n6.       if you w
 ould like to get an internship attestation\, you have to download it from 
 HRT before you leave: Go to HRT and then click on Employment Attestation (
 if you have problems downloading it\, check your browser's Pop-Up blocker 
 settings).\n7.      come and see us on Friday as indicated in termina
 tion email we sent you to approve your departure:\nMember State : 5/2-013\
 nNon-Member State: 60/3-013 and 60/3-003\nYour CERN computer account and e
 -mail account will be closed 2 months after the end date of your contract.
  If you require files related to your work at CERN\, then you should discu
 ss this with your supervisor and arrange that the files are copied elsewhe
 re (e.g. to an Internet Service Provider or to a CD or other media).\nIIf 
 there is any remaining balance on your card\, please withdraw it in cash.\
