 r FL node hosts (CFB\, GANIL\, KIT\, GSI): current status of local infrast
 ructure and constraints for hosting an FL node (network\, security policie

 quipment or infrastructure needs linked to your WP3 tasks (GPUs\, servers\
 , storage\, licences and others).\nExisting infrastructure that could be s
 hared or reused across the consortium.\nInstitutional procurement constrai
 nts (lead times\, tendering thresholds) - note the end-of-July consortium 
 deadline.\n\n2.3 Computing resources\n\nFirst estimate of computing time a
 nd storage for your WP3 activities (model training\, fine-tuning\, RAG ind
 exing).\nWhether you plan to rely on HPC clusters allocations\, institutio
 nal clusters\, or both.\n\n2.4 Human resources\n\nHiring needs and profile
 s for WP3 (engineers\, researchers\, etc.)\, with expected start dates - n
 ote the end-of-July consortium deadline. To be coordinated with the consor
