 e key to successful software. The HSF-India project aims to promote the de
 velopment of international research software collaborations. This is part 
 of a series of workshops for software and data analysis skills essential f
 or doing research software in physics. Our curriculum builds upon the succ
 essful series of workshops. \nThis workshop covers\n\nHands-on introducti
 on to Python and Scientific Python. The first afternoon will focus on the 
 Python language and essential syntax for engaging with machine learning to
 olkits and scientific python libraries.\nHands-on introduction to machine 
 learning for scientific analysis. We will start from the mathematical foun
 dations of ML\, demonstrate how neural network architectures work\, and il
 lustrate modern ML techniques such as transformers.\nHackathon including a
 pplications of Machine Learning\, and Scientific Python\, and programming 
 skills to experimental physics applications. Projects will be group orient
 ed and will each be lead by an international expert.\n\nThis event is orga
 nized primarily for students from Bharati Vidyapeeth College and nearby un
 iversities\, however\, anyone is welcome to attend.  We expect to be able
  to accommodate up to about 45 participants in the full event.  There is 
 no arranged accommodation for students coming from outside of the local ar
 ea.\nWe expect to open the registration application system around August 1
 8\, 2026 with a deadline for full consideration of your application of Sep
 tember 8\, 2026. We hope to be able to accept all requests\, but do have l
 imited space. A registration fee mentioned below is to be collected from a
