Discussion about the cost of CV for the project IBDRS. The last estimation for the water cooling from Nina indicates 563 kCHF with an additional cost of ~300 kCHF for the air ventilation.

Total ~ 863 kCHF to be confirmed by the sub contractors. => the budget for CV is 690 kCHF.

• Nina indicates the prices increase a lot during the last years
• Nina will place the orders (Egtim and Arceclima) in September - October 2026
• There is no margin on CV water cooling costs but maybe we can simplify the air ventilation ?
• Ana Paula suggests to integrate de air ventilation into the general building 170 ventilation upgrade foreseen in 2027
• Nina will study this solution.
