 be available soon.\n \nThis workshop will be the fourth edition of a seri
 es that started in Erice in 2014\, with the most recent edition held in Ze
 rmatt in 2019. Since then\, the landscape of present and future accelerato
 r projects has evolved significantly\, bringing increasingly demanding cha
 llenges related to impedance\, collective effects\, beam stability\, and o
 verall machine performance.\nWe believe that this is therefore a timely op
 portunity to bring the community together again to discuss recent progress
 \, open questions\, and the main challenges ahead for next-generation acce
 lerators\, while identifying priorities for future studies and development
 s.\nThe workshop will be held in memory of Prof. Vaccaro\, who organized 
 the first edition in Erice and introduced the concept of accelerator imped
