 :This year\, from 14 to 17 December\, ETO is holding a series of meetings 
 at CERN. Please read the high level programme carefully and complete your 
 registration for the right events by 23 October 2026.\n:::High Level Progr
 amme:::\n\nMonday\, 14 December | We kick off the week with an ETO–CERN 
 Coordination meeting between ETO Management and CERN Leadership. This meet
 ing is organised by Daniela Trani\, Addis Koeck and Luigi Scibile. This me
 eting is a closed-session by invitation only.\nTuesday 15 December | The s
 econd day of the programme will cover an in-depth Technical Q&A Session wi
 th CERN graduates who work on various ETO projects. This will be organised
  by Patrick Werneke. All ETO staff are welcome to join this session. We wi
 ll also organise an ETO-All dinner on the evening of the 15th December.\nW
 ednesday 16 December | On the third day\, in the morning we will organise 
 a site visit for those who are interested in a guided tour of CERN [exact 
 details to be confirmed]. After lunch\, we will have a short ETO General M
 eeting with some team building activities and a focused programme.\nThursd
 ay 17 December | No formal meetings will be organised on this day. You can
  travel back at your own leisure or we also encourage you to organise bila
 teral meetings with colleagues you may wish to have a focused discussion w
