nThe far-forward region of the LHC provides a unique opportunity to search
for new particles and to study neutrinos at energies beyond those accessi
ble at conventional accelerator-based neutrino experiments. Located 480 m
downstream of the ATLAS interaction point\, FASER was designed to exploit
this largely unexplored physics potential.\nIn this seminar\, recent resul
ts from the FASER experiment using Run 3 proton-proton collision data will
be presented. These include searches for new\, weakly coupled particles a
nd other unconventional signatures\, as well as measurements of neutrino i
nteractions at TeV energies using both the FASERν emulsion detector and F
ASER’s electronic detector. Together\, these results demonstrate the bro
ad physics programme enabled by the intense flux of highly collimated part
icles produced in the far-forward direction at the LHC.\nThe prospects for
FASER in Run 4 will also be discussed\, including planned detector upgrad
es that will extend its capabilities for both searches for physics beyond
the Standard Model and precision studies of high-energy neutrinos.\n\n\n\n
