DESCRIPTION:Roadmapping workshop for computational experimental particle p
 hysics\nThe meeting will start at lunchtime on Monday with discussions and
  presentations till Tuesday afternoon. Food\, including an evening meal on
  the 30th\, and refreshments are provided as part of the registration. B&B
  accommodation is available on a first come first serve basis at Scarman H
 ouse (which is also the meeting venue). \nPlease see the attached Delegat
 e Information document for detailed guides to getting to the University by
  car or public transport.\nIf you are coming by car\, complimentary parkin
 g is available\, including electric vehicle charging points. However\, par
 king must be prebooked at  APCOA Parking using the promotion code in the 
 parking code document below (only visible to registrants). Further details
  are in the attached Delegate Pack. If you are coming by train/taxi/bus\, 
 please note that at Coventry station the taxi rank is in front of the main
  station building\, whilst the bus stops are on the road bridge next to th
 e station (stop WR6 for buses in the direction of the university\, and sto
 p WR5 for getting off at when returning to the station). The best bus to g
 et is the 12X in the direction of the University\, or as a slightly longer
  alternative\, the 11 in the direction of Leamington Spa. All buses take c
 ard payments\, and are "tap on" only with a £3 single fare\, and arrive/d
 epart at the main University Travel Hub.\nThe meeting itself will be in Sp
 ace 10 of Scarman Conference Center\, with breaks in the Coffee Lounge\, a
 nd lunch/dinner in the Lakeview Restaurant. Lunch will also be provided on
  the Monday before the meeting starts\, and Coffee/Snacks during the morni
