-Problems:
* issues with user certificate usage in multiple VOs
* unstable/bad clusters

-Solutions proposed:
* improve support ticket processing - close ticket only when user says OK.
* propose for users to copy results to SE at the end of job.
* use FCR tool to temporary disable them.
* start SAM testing in gamess and other VO's.
* write test and start SAM testing of MPI support in clusters.
