From pxs@mppmu.mpg.de Tue Jul 10 16:00:23 2012 Date: Tue, 10 Jul 2012 16:00:22 +0200 (CEST) From: Peter Seyboth To: Szuba Marek , Bialkowska Helena , Andras LASZLO , Gazdzicki Marek , Mitrovski Michael Subject: Fourth draft of the azimuthal-correlation paper Dear Marek, Thanks again for preparing the 4th draft of the paper. I read through it and have a number of recommendations: - the NA45/CERES results are published in: D.~Adamovaet al., Phys.Lett. \bf{B678}, 259 (2009). Please take a look, perhaps the way you quote them has to be modified slightly. In principle we could compare all 3 centrality ranges. - section II, last sentence: this should be expanded to explicitly describe the trigger (valid beam signal in scintillation counters + Eveto (nucleus-nucleus) or S4 anti (p+p) collisions. - systematic errors, lines 193-199: we should give an approximate value for each of the 3 sources. - the variable names in Eq.6 and Figs.3,4 do not agree, please make them the same. - Fig.10: replace "Fit S" -> "S" in vertical axis label. - lines 355-356: please write more explicitly what you intend to convey here, it is ipossible for me to understand. - Abstract: the last sentence needs to be changed to reflect better the Summary and Conclusions of the paper.
