Major work for EUMedGRID WP2
----------------------------
It has been set up the Table of Contents of the EUMedGRID deliverable D2.2 
(WP2, Action 2.2).
D2.2 is due M7/July, and the plan is sending ToC and request for 
contribution by early June.
Downloaded and studied the SEE-GRID D2.1 and D2.2 deliverables and the 
EUMedGRID D2.1 deliverable, as a guide.
Two meetings have been organized by Florida Estrella to set up the Table  
of Contents of D2.2.
A phone conference with WP2, WP3 and WP4 leader is going to be organized 
(sent email to the WP2,3,4 leaders) to discuss some topics  related to the 
D2.2 document writing (as deployment strategies, special requirements for
EGEE and Regional Applications, computing and networking requirements to be
inserted into the technological roadmaps). 


Major work for LCG Testing and Certification
--------------------------------------------
The major work within the test and certification group regards the set up 
of a testbed test suite, built using the Gilbert  Grosdidier's scripts, 
arranged in a way to be launched from a command line interface, as usual 
shell scripts, without  configuration files or particular environment 
settings.
The tests have been launched from a CERN User Interface (lxb2057.cern.ch), 
within the Deployment Team virtual organization. 
A CVS repository has just been created to collect the scripts and by a 
couple of weeks it will start the distribution of the new suite via CVS.
We are preparing to test the developed suite with SFT/SAME framework.
As a future plan, a XML parser development would be required to export the 
results of the test suite in order to be inserted into the SFT/SAME 
(Oracle based) database. 
I also attended the "etics and lcg certification team meeting"  held on 
May, 23rd (14:00-16:00) and two (one-hour each) tutorials on Oracle 
database.

Attended the EuMEDGrid Technical Board Meeting 
(phone conference) held in Catania on Sunday 14 May 2006 
from 11:00 to 18:00.
