Workshop on the physics reach of rare and exclusive B decays

We plan to have talks and extensive discussion, in an informal setting, dealing broadly with the following, interrelated questions regarding rare and radiative B decays - Experimental results and prospects. - Theory status and developments at both low and high q^2, and for radiative decays, including non-perturbative input. - Interpretation of results in terms of new physics.
