I would recommend removing all discussion about RAA since there is nothing presented here and that discussion is done in Lee Barnby's talk. A small sentence about it with a internal reference to [17] would be sufficient. As it is now it confuses the reader. I would use the saved space for a more details on the enhancement part and its significance to physics."
