Daniel delivers some news:

 - yesterday the Steerting Committee discussed the budgets: we have spent less then expected. We are allowed to spend a little more for this year: good occasion to buy some material, such as computer

 - CDR : Volume III is out, Volume I is in progress.

 - Next collaboration meeting will be in January. We need to try to re-baseline the low energy stage of CLIC: 500 GeV. So far we derived from the 3 TeV, now we need to optimize the design at 500 GeV.
