  • We discussed the draft email to CMS and ATLAS and agreed on minor changes to this email.
  • Cigdem raised the issue that she needs a deputy in case of emergencies where she can't attend a scheduled meeting. Pauline agreed to do this until we assign someone officially.
  • agreed action items:
    • Cigdem will send the email to the ATLAS secretariat and ask them to distribute it to ALTAS
    • Pauline will contact Monika Grothe and ask her to send the email to the CMS secretariat.
    • Pauline will publish this initiative in the next ATLAS news. She will also contact CMS Times and ask them to publish it there too.
  • Pauline reported that Chris Onions (Head of ACCU) is supportive of this initiative.
Next meeting will be agreed after we get feedback to our email to CMS and ATLAS.
