Major work for EUchinaGrid; major changes in workplan

1. Wrote and submitted a paper "Grid Monitoring in the EUChinaGrid infrastructure" to the 3rd EELA conferece in Catania, Italy, 3rd-5th Dec. 2007

2. Prapering my talk at the 3rd EELA conference

3. EUChina SAM did not work for a long time since the harddisk for oracle DB was broken.  
   I have re-setup SAM, SAM back to work

   - Re-created and configured oracle DB
   - Upgrade SAM server to date and re-configured it 
   - Upgrade CA in SAM server to the latest version 
   - Upgrade SAM clients for euchina vo and dteam vo to date 
   - Re-setup cron job to submit test jobs
   - During seting up SAM, I encountered UI & RB problem, I contacted with the admin in IHEP. After fixing the UI & RB problem, SAM could work properly.

4. Prapering EUChinaGrid project summary report

6. Submitted and processed tickets according to the results of monitoring

7. EUChinaGrid infrastructure troubshooting and grid control
