In this presentation, general specification of Turkish Accelerator Center (TAC) Particle Factory (PF) facility will be given. TAC PF is a super charm factory with the asymmetric beam energy setup consisting of an electron beam with 1 GeV from a linac and a positron beam with 3.56 GeV from a ring, proposed as a linac-ring type collider and a dedicated detector. The main components of the preliminary design of TAC-PF detector are: tracker, time of flight, calorimetry, and muon system. A super charm factory with luminosity L=1035 cm-2 s-1 will give opportunity to investigate charm physics well further than B factories, benefiting from a boost parameter (βγ=0.68) for some processes.
