Daniel gives some news:<br>

- yesterday Steeting committee : discussed&nbsp;ICFA workshop in May (ILC oriented) ;<br>
- in the US the Snowmass process is starting (the equivalent of the Strategy process in Europe -&gt; to define what the particle physics future should be) ; we will need to provide some description of CLIC and of the physics, extending the physics case at lower energies (including a description of CLIC rebaselined at 500 GeV) ;<br>
- Daniel has been to Turkey last week, in order to promote the use of X-band for a FEL. It has been very well received by the committee. Decisions will be taken in the future.<br>
