Registration fee: 150 €. The fee covers all coffee breaks, the conference material, the banquet on thursday evening and some social activities. Please notice: the number of participants is limited! We might close registration earlier than the deadline if we reach the maximum number! The registration for the Conference proceeds in several steps, please follow them closely and in this order. We apologize in advance for the somewhat cumbersome procedure, imposed by administrative constraints. Register for the conference in the INDICO system by filling the 'Registration Form' (left menu on this page). You will receive a confirmation email. You'll be allowed to come back and modify your data until the 'Registration Deadline'. If you do not have a CERN account, choose 'Create/Check your account' at the bottom of the Sign-On page and create a 'Lightweight account'. Register in the payment system: click on this link and fill the corresponding form. The information that you input at this stage has to be validated by the administrative offices: please be patient, it may take up to a few days. When your data are validated, you will receive a notification by email. At this point you can proceed to the actual payment (see next step). If you have not received the validation notification email after a few days, please contact us. Proceed to the actual payment: click on the link provided in the validation email and follow the instructions. Payment via credit card is preferred; bank transfers are possible but discouraged. It will not be possible to pay cash nor cheque at the conference site. You will be given a payment receipt, either by ordinary mail or at the conference site.

In order to enable an iCal export link, your account needs to have an API key created. This key enables other applications to access data from within Indico even when you are neither using nor logged into the Indico system yourself with the link provided. Once created, you can manage your key at any time by going to 'My Profile' and looking under the tab entitled 'HTTP API'. Further information about HTTP API keys can be found in the Indico documentation.
Additionally to having an API key associated with your account, exporting private event information requires the usage of a persistent signature. This enables API URLs which do not expire after a few minutes so while the setting is active, anyone in possession of the link provided can access the information. Due to this, it is extremely important that you keep these links private and for your use only. If you think someone else may have acquired access to a link using this key in the future, you must immediately create a new key pair on the 'My Profile' page under the 'HTTP API' and update the iCalendar links afterwards.
