Data on GGUS tickets from 2009 can be found from the WLCG Management Board (MB) index. Example: Slide 7 of the 2009-12-15 WLCG MB. At the time, the ALARMs were not drilled exhaustively but they were giving input to the GGUS development team for features' addition, enhancements, fixes and tests of the whole chain of the ALARM workflow.
