It is planned that the LHC will deliver up to 3000 fb-1 to each experiment following detector upgrades. Here we discuss the physics potential of such a plan in the context of searches for supersymmetry at the CMS detector. Gluino pair production, chargino-neutrino pair production and VBF SUSY processes are considered. Significant increases in the discovery reach are seen over those obtained with a delivered luminosity of 300 fb-1.
