 rial gives an overview of the Quattor tool suite and its application to Gr
 id services configuration and administration.\n\n\nThe main goal is to ill
 ustrate the potentials of Quattor in a Tier2 environment\, with services p
 ossibly distributed across geographical areas. Examples and demos of real-
 world scenarioes are presented interactively.\n\n\nThe topics covered are:
 \n\n- Overview of Quattor architecture and modules\;\n- How to describe an
 d manage the configuration of large sites\;\n- Software package deployment
  and configuration of Grid services\;\n- Experiences coming from running Q
 uattor instances.\n\n\n\nThe level of detail is intermediate. Neither low-
 level installation tasks nor implementation issues are covered\, although 
 the attendees should have a basic understanding of Unix service management
 \, as well as of Grid services and versioning-based authoring.\n\n\nNote t
