SAM/FCR maintenance (glite-UI updates, SAM updates).
Help for IMCSUL for site BDII setup.
Created verylong (1 week) queue on grid6 at VU-MIF-LCG2 - users were asking.
Problems with grid9 at VU-MIF-LCG2 solved.
