Application porting:

Porting VO:
- Who will provide resources for the Porting VO? Not MTA/SZTAKI apparently, since they give resources to training VO. 
Action: Gergely - define requirements for sites and circulate it to porting members. 
Let's see who is able to contribute with resources. If this is not enough then other NA4 partners will be invited.

Porting website:
- Must complete competence list of institutes in porting knowledge base
Action: Porting members to write:
	- a profile of their group
	- list tools/solutions they use for porting

Training and self training subtask
- Organisation of joint events with NA3 and scientific clusters? Useful to write down a model for this and publish it.
- There should be a milestone after 12 months for status of participation in ‘training’
Action: Gergely to write down the model into workplan

Coordination of liaison with other projects (e.g. Euforia, for information on training/porting..)
Action: each porting partner: provide a list of projects they support/collaborate with on porting and explain collaboration in a few sentences. Allocate NA4 porting PMs for the work.

Some porting effort will be available to ‘official’ clusters, in addition to ‘new’ communities. How will priorities be defined? Write down the model in workplan.

Should form a clear view of how application porting work might map into EGI/NGI. Let’s define a milestone for defining this. At month 12?

INFN will prepare a ‘gridification’ guide for new users/applications, and will continue to support new users/applications on GILDA. How will this relate to main application porting effort on production infrastructure? 
Action: Further discussion with INFN on this.

Isabel underlined that MPI support by EGEE should improve (enforce at site level and provide good documentation). It seems to be mainly a problem of site administration. Current situation is unsatisfactory. 
Follow up: collect what the actual problems are (Frederic, Isabel and Gergely?)
