- Fairly strenuous tests, demonstrating that these systems work

- Lack of accounting is hindering wider commitment of resources

  Needs to be handled at GridPP and VO levels

  Accounting via APEL already setup for Vac at Manchester

- Duncan: can we accommodate this work for ATLAS with minor tweaks to
  current grid accounting? E.g. Steve Lloyd tests

- David: what sort of jobs are these?
