Questions on : eventing api change since xdaq12.1, workloop, exception 
inside workloop, compiletime linkage vs runtime loading

We will have a checkpoint meeting on 31 July. We check code *in svn* 
against the following goals:

  -- Keith: porting PLT code runnable in brilzone; implement in sim mode 
sending as real as possible PLT data per nibble; implement in real mode 
by porting fakeRU from a external lib to inside application  and change 
readout buffer from malloc/free to use memorypool.

  -- Arkady: implement fakeDIP publisher (there is no real or sim mode 
in this case)

  -- Stella: will populate bhmsource, bhmprocessor according to the 
guideline.

  --  Olga : finished reading sim mode, will read the real mode. 
concerned about tcds but it's not our goal in September.
