Registration takes place in several parts. If you do not already have an INDICO account, you must establish one before proceeding with registration and abstract submission. You then return to this page and proceed. The procedure for establishing an INDICO account is as follows: Go to https://account.cern.ch/account/Externals/RegisterAccount.aspx. Fill in the information and check the agree to terms box and then click "Register". You will then receive an email. A sample is below, but link will be different. Dear user, Thank you for registering a CERN External account. Next Step: To verify that you own this e-mail address, click https://www.cern.ch/account/Externals/ValidateAccount.aspx?control=71ef16de204427f693f51030bf19827171697c51c2c45fb7f2811843ecf56690 From this page you will be allowed to choose your password. This will achieve the registration process. Once you have your INDICO account go back to the "REGISTRATION" link on the main home page. There is then a 2 step process as stated below. A) Upon clicking the main registration button, you will be taken to the indico form for the conference which you must fill out. You will then click the main button that says "Register". B) You must then return to the home page for the conference and click on the Accommodation link. This will give a general description of the accommodations available and of the conference registration fees. Note the special instructions for students and postdocs within 3 years of their degree. Now click on the Granlibakken link and choose your accommodation and if you are a student or postdoc within 3 years of degree, fill in the requested information. The appropriate conference registration fee will be charged at the same time as you pay the deposit for your accommodation.
