- installed gLite-UI to access production infrastructure
- planned the development and deployment of the production monitoring tools with CNR
- managed the production infrastructure VO
- defined a recovery plan for MSA1.1 by promoting DILIGENT PPS to production
- discussed with Leonardo user requirements workflow and TRAC tickets representation
- discussed the usage of TRAC and the way it is currently organized by tickets type/category
- updated SA1 quality indicators
- collected information about UNIBASEL participation in SA1 until M4
- reorganization and update of SA1 wiki pages
- checked status of support TRAC bugs
- discussed participation and SA1 agenda in TCom meeting
- organized SA session in TCom meeting
- organized and attended SA1 phone conferences
