orge provided the summary: ICEAGE turned from a big failure to a very good success from first year to what we have seen today. All objectives stated in the TA (original as well as amended) have been achieved; workplan has been implemented. All deliverables are accepted; with the recommendation to put a consistent coverpage according to the guidelines and review the exec summary and conclusions sections before putting them public. The final reports have to be (re)submitted following the official guidelines; two important sections are missing: publishable project achievements and results (4-10 pages); the other issue is the section on future plans that needs to be submitted. Provided this is being submitted the reviewers recommend to finalize the project. Recommendations for future activities: - follow-up with EGI_DS and keep education in the EGI_DS agenda - not only focus on the technical part of the education system but raise the importance of education in this sector to the highest political level. - summer and winter schools should be kept alive and appropriate ways should be found; liaisons between the summer and winter schools should be set up (summer school material used for the winterschool) - public content should be put on the webpage so it can easily be accessed and used by the community (easier than through the DL). Detailed assessment will be submitted in written form as soon as possible. Thanks for the excellent organization of the meeting; some documents were submitted very late which prevented detailed analysis. Kyriakos: yes, expect the written report beginning of week after next week.
