Third generation squark and  gaugino loops can introduce observable CP; violation into the Higgs sector of the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard; Model.   We discuss  the phenomenological implications  of this; minimal   supersymmetric  framework   of  radiative   Higgs-sector  CP; violation, by paying special attention to the direct Higgs searches at; LEP2, Tevatron,  LHC and future colliders.  The key role  that a light; charged Higgs boson may play  in the CP-violating MSSM and beyond will; be briefly illustrated.
