<h1>IT presentation</h1>

<p>Rodrigo gave a general presentation about the coming change of operators (see slides)</p>

<p>He also pointed to the general IT web page with information about the change,&nbsp;https://gsm-migration.web.cern.ch&nbsp;</p>

<p>A few points were discussed:</p>

<ul>
    <li>There will be a one week period when both the Sunrise and the Swisscom services are active</li>
    <li>Users will receive their new SIM cards so that they can test the new service in time</li>
    <li>A date must be chosen for the real move. &nbsp;The Sunrise service will not be available after July 1st, so it must be before that date. On the decided date IT will reprogram the PABX telephone exchange so that it will send mobile numbers 16xxxx to the Swisscom number. &nbsp;It is therefore very important that all users switch to the new SIM card on that date.</li>
</ul>

<h1>Working group organisation</h1>

<p>The working group will meet every few weeks as needed. &nbsp;Each meeting will be planned at the preceding meeting.</p>

<p>Meetings will take place on Wednesdays at 10:00.</p>

<p>We will use the INDICO pages to store all information for the moment.</p>

<p>The next meeting will take place April 8 at 10:00</p>

<p>Rodrigo will prepare a list of existing SIM cards by departments and also identify the heavy users of the mail2sms service.</p>
