Early registrants who also want to submit abstracts have the option of postponing the payment until they know whether their abstract is accepted or not. If you select this option, please keep the registration confirmation email in order to later access the online payment system. Please note: If you intend to submit an abstract you will need to create a CERN account before registering. Create a CERN account Here This will also allow you to go back and modify your registration. Registration will only be considered valid after payment of the registration fee. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, it is mandatory to provide a copy of the transfer order as proof of payment to the conference registration desk. You are strongly encouraged to send a pdf copy of the transfer order to info-ictr-phe-2016@cern.ch to ease the tracking of your payment. Cancellation policy Registration fees (with a reduction of 80 CHF for administrative charges) will be refunded only if notification of cancellation is received by the Conference Secretariat before January 18, 2016. No refunds will be issued after this date and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. All refunds will be made within 3-4 weeks after the Conference. If you register but cannot attend the conference, you may elect to transfer your registration to another person within your Organization. In this case, please contact the conference organisers.

In order to enable an iCal export link, your account needs to have an API key created. This key enables other applications to access data from within Indico even when you are neither using nor logged into the Indico system yourself with the link provided. Once created, you can manage your key at any time by going to 'My Profile' and looking under the tab entitled 'HTTP API'. Further information about HTTP API keys can be found in the Indico documentation.
Additionally to having an API key associated with your account, exporting private event information requires the usage of a persistent signature. This enables API URLs which do not expire after a few minutes so while the setting is active, anyone in possession of the link provided can access the information. Due to this, it is extremely important that you keep these links private and for your use only. If you think someone else may have acquired access to a link using this key in the future, you must immediately create a new key pair on the 'My Profile' page under the 'HTTP API' and update the iCalendar links afterwards.
