here are the changes we made

- we have remade the paper from the template again - several
  miss-formatting (such as the paragraph offset) - this should
  address your comment #5 - we also provide the docx in addition
  of a generated PDF and hope this will resolve your comment #4

- Comment #1: we made precisions all over the text now.
  A note that the idea behind this paper was can we make
  good out of reused / recycled hardware? The answer seem
  to be no (at east, not using CEPH alone)

- Comment #2: the caption specifies "each client performance"
  and we have kept a consistent labelling / representation
  of solid line: individual / dash: aggregate. If still unclear,
  we would welcome a suggestion.

- Comment #3: now 4.3 (due to the corerction of the template
  that ofset the sections) - we reworked the text a bit. Let
  us know if improved.
