Major work for "GD-OPS; GD-ITR"; major changes in workplan

- SAM:
  - release of new SAM sensors SRMv2, LFC_C/L
  - revised Data Management SAM tests. A number of improvement added.
  - migration of SAM submission framework to usage of Message Bus
  - writing SAM probes compliant with WLCG probes specification format. To be used with Nagios for ROC level sites monitoring.
  - bug fixing for SAM sensors and lcg-sam-client/lcg-sam-client-sensors production releases
  - support rotas
  - stabilization of SAM infrastructure (helping debugging problems with services)
  - helping Biomed VO in writing their own SAM sensors and tests
  - new sensor for CREAM CE (currently under testing on PPS)

- PPS:
  - usual sysadmin business
  - experimenting with Nagios instance for CERN_PPS site
