Peter described the situation with the CVS branches. Several proposals:
- the new version of AliRoot will not be backward compatible => version 4
should be used
- improved copyright message everywhere
- only the last CVS log should be kept, but also in macros
- discussion on the creation of gAlice - it is needed only for simulation, 
probably it should not be created by default. We have to see at the end of 
the week, after the work on the new IO
- the responsible should be informed about the changes in the CVS before
committing the code
- the access to the geometry is difficult.
