Review of timelines to be followed while writing deliverables is given. Quality Control is done on each deliverable. Highlited issue: timeline for deliverables were not followed so far
Reporting overview: Quarterly Reports shoud be provided as integrated report from each contractor covering all the 3rd parties.
Review of the first banking transfers is given. Banking information must be completed
Sites in Albania and Moldova are problematic (issues with personel and skills)
