Constantly evolving filesystem organisation.
  Files are stored in a seemingly haphazard fashion.
  Setlink has developed a powerful search facility.
  Sometimes it is not enough for Setlink to keep up.

Archive is too big & varied to test Setlink.
  Mistakes are found by users.
  Morally speaking, this is bad.

For all its modularity, the program is still changed.
  Some problems/features cannot be resolved by the Recipe file.
  Normal software evolution, bug fixes etc.

Setlink does not control its external links.
  They point to other sites on the web, eg Los Alamos.

Poor browser support for file formats.
  PostScript, PDF & TIFF etc. not directly viewable.
  User must download first.
  May be resolved in the future.
