      - Fix the locations and dates of the 4 major EGEE events during the project (first is already done: Ireland April 16-24 2004). Other possibilities: to follow the EU presidency (Ireland and the Netherlands in 2004, Luxembourg and United Kingdom in 2005, Austria and Finland in 2006), to have a more geographically even distributed calendar; discuss other items such as delegate fees extended to cover invited speakers and EAB; participation of other projects; co-hosting of EAB, industry forum, eInfrastructure reflection group etc. - Terena: prepare draft of project information presentation (DNA2.1, PM1) - Terena: prepare draft of external customer facing website, mailing lists and web based tools (DNA2.2.1, PM1). Which email lists and what tools are implied here? - Identify dissemination contact for each federation. Is South-East Europe not involved? - CERN: prepare draft of internal website (released in test version) - Organise review of internal and external websites during December so the feedback can be taken into account before the project starts.

      - What is the status of the North Europe federation networking group described in 5.A.3.2 (page 77)? - Fix dates and locations for training courses in the first 3 months. - Discuss with other activity heads the nature and scheduling of activity technical retreats (5.A.3.1.2, page 74). - Identify training contact for each federation. Is South-East Europe not involved? - Planning points already started (Malcolm): - Inventory of existing training material available (EDG tutorial experience and material take over) - Suggestion to have joint meeting with UK e-Science All Hands Meeting in 2005 - How to collaborate with other EU projects for training. Initial contacts already made with Diligent and See-grid who would like to host training events (Bob).

      - Identify individuals that will be involved in HEP part of the work and leadership. - How and when will we identify the small set of bio-medical applications that will be deployed at the start of the project? - Identify requirements sources that may be used to define the needs of the applications (MNA4.1, PM1) - Expand on work of EDG to investigate work of GridLab on GAT common application layer and compare to other work (e.g. ARDA, ESA, etc.) - Clarify organization and funding of Industry Forum - note it is referred to in the TA but never described - Meeting structure: steering group, extended meeting with the PEB members, role of LHC computing coordinators - General application workshop and relation to NA5 support to other projects.

      - Form policy working group and identify leadership for eInfrastructure EU reflection group. - Use working group to prepare a draft white paper on resource allocation policy during November in preparation for the eInfrastructure meeting in Rome on Dec 9th. Review status. - Create inventory of other projects that wish to cooperate with EGEE and clarify the status and level of engagement and relations to NA4.
