- Torsten presented the status of the new GGus version. Support task force meeting in Karlsrue. 
  Action foreseen from the Rocs to define integration plan of local help desk system with GGUS and implement it according 
  with GGUS plans. Integration with savannah system in progress.

- Davide Salomoni from Nikhep presented the milestones and the work plan of a fabric and software management working group.
 the target of the group are the system managers of the Resource Centers and the Roc technical people 
that has to support them during deployment. 
Actions from the ROCs advertise the group to the RC system managers and define people inside the Rocs.

  helen will make the presentation, more information will be available after the second reharshal on the 20/1
  On the 13/1, the SA1 demo raharshal was  a brief pass through the CIC on duty checklist from Piotr-Cern

 -Pre production service: Jra1 delivered the RC1 to Cern-Sa1 , will be distributed to Pre production sites managed 
by Roc but not yet clear the date. Pre-production now is based on LCG2 on SL, grid services set up not yet complete.
