LCG Service Challenge Meeting: RAL - 27-28th January 2005

The January 2005 Service Challenge meeting will be held at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory on 27-28th January, accommodation will be available at Coseners House in Abingdon. To book a place, arrange accommodation or obtain assistance, please contact: Denise Small.

News Update: All those who have emailed requesting rooms for night of 27^th January are confirmed with Coseners House.

How to get to the Meeting

• Getting to RAL

Once you arrive, you should obtain a security pass and visitors meeting badge from the main site security Lodge who will be able to give you directions to the meeting.

• On Thursday the meeting will be in Conference Room 12, Building R68 on the main RAL site. Transport will be provided to take you to Coseners House after the meeting. Please make your way to R71 Reception at 1800 hours where the transport will be waiting.

• On Friday the meeting will be in Conference Room 8 (colloquium), in building R27 (The Atlas Centre) which is just outside the main gate security lodge, just outside the perimeter fence. Transport will be provided to take you from Coseners to Rutherford Atlas Centre on Friday morning at 0815 hours.

Accommodation

Accommodation has been provisionally reserved at Coseners House Abingdon for the night of Thursday 27th January. Bookings must be confirmed by Friday 21st January to ensure that we can obtain the places reserved. Cost of accommodation at Coseners must be paid for by attendees.
