Non-Functional Time

IFCA-LCG2: Full week unavailable. 
 Electric power problems plus 200 new machines arrived to the site that need to be deployed have ended up in the site having to extend its down period. 
 The Scheduled Downtime has not yet been updated in the GOC DB, but the siteadmin plans to do it asap.

LIP-LCG2: 6 days.
 [JS] - GIIS seems unavailable from 03/05/2005. Site admin has been contacted. 

PIC: 2 days unavailable. 02,03/05/2005
 [CT] - Problem with the GLOBUS_TCP_RANGE settings in the SE: the configured window was different than the one opened in the firewall. 
 This was corrected on the 3rd May in the evening.

UB-LCG2: Full week unavailable.
 The site is under upgrade to ELC 3 (SLC3.0.4) and LCG-2_4_0.

UPV-GRyCAP: 5 days unavailable.

Major Operational Issues Encountered During the Reporting Period
================================================================

UPV-GRyCAP: Obtaining a strange result in the SFT tests. The last SFT tests made to the site are resulting in a "GFAL infosys FAILED". 
 If one tries to see the error in the Site test report, it not appears, it seems to be incomplete.
 A mail has been sent to Piotr Nyczyk, to inform about this error and he is trying to find out what is happening.
