    1) A reception and welcome drink will be organized for Monday evening 2) Fees policy: 50 euros for registration before Dec 19, 75 euros after than and until the strict deadline of Jan 15. Support will be available to a part of the participants. This opportunity will be indicated on teh registration page, and the deadline for requesting support if Dec 19. The list will be reviewed by the co-chairs after that. 3) A poster to be distributed electronically will be prepared. A. Blondel will prepare a first draft 4) It was agreed not to hold poster sessions 5) A room for about 20 people will be made available for Monday morning, 9-10:30 (Preparatory Group mtg), and one holding about 50 people for Wednesday afternoon (Strategy group mtg). A working dinner for the PG will be organized for Tuesday evening, in the Hotel of residence of the PG. 6) The Symposium will be opened by the CERN Council's President and by a suitable counterpart from the French government. 7) Lunch buffet, with lunch box or sandwich. Nothing on wednesday 8) Material for attendees: badges, plus printed programme and a short document from the PG 9) Lab visit possible for those staying on Wednesday afternoon 10) Webcast a seminar mid januray as a rehearsal 11) All advertisement about the Symposium in charge of PG 12) Press conference wednesday lunch time
