General

LK reports a well-received presentation at CESNET.  He got one question: are
EGEE and PerfSONAR doing the same things, and made clear that they were
complimentary.  The audience included a lot of backbone network people who are
potential data providers for EGEE.

Some feedback from data management group on achievable bandwidth measurement
limit: initially seems positive.
