Sept 11
 * top-level bdii at ASGC caused CT errors at ASGC and a some sites in the region.  The problem appears to be a intermittent hardware error.

Sept 7
 * ct error found at: 06:32:16, today
  * affected WN and DPM were tested, but the cause is unknown
 * castor001 and sc002 disk server configuration problem
  * kernel version of these two servers switched to a version that did not support the xfs filesystem that were mounted.  This caused transfer rates to degrade from about 4-6:30pm UTC.
